Inspired by the Vietnamese áo dài, the straight cut tunics are more commonly known as kurtees in India. Just like the áo dài, a kimkara tunic is designed to have a figure-hugging fit at the top and a long flowy bottom with high slits, almost to your waist to accentuate those feminine curves.
This particular tunic features deep yellow sunflowers highlighted with sequins and indigenous beads known as ‘cutdana’ to catch the light and shine when you walk. We love that the neck-ties can be worn long and loose, or knotted neatly in a bow.
Pair it with black pants, palazzos, dhoti or trousers. Complete the look with your comfortable jutties or your high stilettoes. Team it with stud earrings with stones.
