We want you to love your kimkara, but if something isn’t right do let us know. In the unlikely event that something you ordered from us is damaged or defective, it is our endeavour to provide you with the best possible customer service.
Each kimkara garment is handmade/ embroidered on pure fabrics, any variations that occur during this process or in transition of the art enhance the unique quality of your piece and are not to be treated as defects. Actual colours of your garment may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources and device screen settings.
In the unlikely event if the product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, or delivered defective, you may return/ exchange your garment.
You are required to inform us within 7 days of receiving the package by sending an email on email@example.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return/ exchange, else the garment will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained.
We will process your request within 2 business days after reviewing.
Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging and price tags. We accept returns of the product within 15 days from the date on which your order was delivered.
Furthermore, all returns are subject to quality check at our end. Once the return is confirmed, you will be offered an exchange or refund as per the eligibility of your order. In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 business days.
