Inspired by the Vietnamese áo dài, the straight cut tunics are more commonly known as kurtees in India. Just like the áo dài, a kimkara tunic is designed to have a figure-hugging fit at the top and a long flowy bottom with high slits, almost to your waist to accentuate those feminine curves. This tunic speaks a story of the forest with light pink cherry blossoms and a beautiful hand embroidered neckline.
