Radha is a mixed media artist. The latest kimkara ensemble is based on two of Radha’s collections of paintings; “Joy of Being”, that has a series of portraits and “Journey of a Free Soul”, featuring the whirling dervishes dancing the ‘Sema’. This edition comes alive with the unique textures, rhythms, twirls, vibrant brushstrokes and expressions that Radha uses in her work.
Jatinder’s art is inspired by Indian mythology and folklore, vibrant with masterful brushstrokes. There is so much in each painting, myriad characters and stories within stories, all linked to our heritage.
The paintings used as inspiration for this collection are Miranda’s flowers in water colour, mixed media and alcohol ink works.
Upasana Mishra’s exceptional technique of using Ceramic Art on canvas gives her paintings a unique three dimensional effect. These beautiful strokes on silk are the genesis of a new story in our 2020 collection.
